As we well understood at the time of purchase, the house needed a lot of work and

At the time of purchase, Karyn and I truly appreciated your diligence and professionalism

in dealing with a somewhat unusual "For Sale By Owner" situation in a highly volatile

Dale offered many helpful hints on turning our sellers open house into one that would

stand out from the other open houses being held that day. She arrived to our open house

early and stayed the entire day. On very short notice, she was able to advertise our home,

and generate enough interest in our home, that we had over 40 brokers, as well as their

clients, tour our house that day.

Two days after holding our open house, we were signing purchase contracts that netted

our family over $20,000 more than we ever thought that we could obtain for our home.
